Doing business with Wheelhouse is very easy, and there are several ways to contact us; by telephone, by text, by e-mail, or through the Facebook message system.
When you call Wheelhouse for availability and a performance fee, there are several things you should tell us so that we can give you an accurate bid.
- The Date and Time of Your Event - The best chances for the band being available for your event is to call us at least 60 days before your event date. For weddings, we ask that you contact us at least six months because of the preparation.
- The Type of Event You are Hosting - Wheelhouse performs for corporations, municipalities (state and local), and the occassional private affair. We work with many 501(c) organizations, so if you are contacting us for a fundraiser, please have a look at our Charity Page.
- The Proposed Location of Your Event - Wheelhouse has a large footprint, and requires a larger space to perform. We also have some environmental limitations due to sensitive electronic equipment. Have a look at our Event Guide page.
- The Number of People You Expect to Attend - This factor is important because it determines the amount of sound equipment we need to bring. As a guideline, if your planned attendence is greater than 500, we'll need a little more horsepower.
